How can I book?
Booking:
You would like to book directly with us? We’re really glad.
- Go to the heading “for booking”
- enter your desired date from-to,
- the number of nights and the
- number of travelers
- then go search.
Now you will be shown for which accommodation the booking in the desired period is possible. (Haus Waldzauber or Stadtwohnung Ursus)
- then go to Book: (shows room rate excluding utilities)
(no accounting is triggered yet)
go there again on Book: (Shows total price including additional costs)
(no accounting is triggered yet)
then go on request: You are now sending a booking request to us.
If nothing is available for both accommodations in the desired period, they will go to the Butts Availability: The calendar will be displayed with the possible alternative dates for which you can book. Certainly, there is something suitable to be found.
With the request, you trigger a booking / booking request.
- We will send you a booking confirmation with booking code and ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking confirmation.

Booking conditions Part of the booking:
With your booking you have booked binding.
Bookings can be canceled within 14 days without giving reasons. *
* Exceptions: *
Between your booking day and the arrival day is the time period less than or equal to 14 days. ** (example: booking 1st and arrival 14th, booking 14th and arrival 28th) *
* Here we give you a free cancellation option of 3 days.
Paymet terms:
30% of the booking costs must be paid after booking confirmation.
Specify the posting code provided by us as a payment note.
The balance is to be transferred so that it is received 4 weeks before departure on our account.
For short-term bookings less than 4 weeks before arrival the booking costs have to be paid in full.
Cancellations / Cancellation fees:
If you have to cancel the trip for personal reasons, costs will be incurred 50% cancellation fees up to 5 weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
4 weeks before your planned departure no refund of the paid travel expenses is possible.
(If necessary, you can take out travel insurance against financial risks, for example, if the trip for health reasons have to be canceled.) Cost-benefit calculation of the insurance you should clarify for yourself.)
